Top Boat Games on iOS in Europe: Q1 2025 Performance

In the first quarter of 2025, the boat game genre on the iOS platform in Europe showcased interesting trends across the top five applications. Here's a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Virtual Regatta Offshore from Virtual Regatta, based in France, experienced a peak in weekly revenue of approximately $13.7K in early February. However, the revenue saw a gradual decline towards the end of the quarter, settling at around $3.7K. Downloads followed a similar downward trend, starting at 1.6K at the beginning of January and decreasing to 179 by the end of March. The weekly active users also decreased from 408.7K to 107.8K over the quarter.

Battle Warship: Naval Empire, published by Magic Prime Group Limited from China, maintained a steady revenue stream, peaking at about $10K towards the end of March. Despite the low download numbers, which started at 11 and ended at 2, the app managed to sustain a small but consistent user base.

Shipping Manager - 2025 by Xombat ApS from Denmark saw an increase in weekly revenue, reaching a high of $8.4K in early March. Downloads and active users also increased significantly mid-quarter, with downloads peaking at 4.2K and active users growing to 21K.

The game My Cruise from EYEWIND LIMITED, China, showed strong download numbers throughout the quarter, starting at 19.4K and peaking at 27.3K. Revenue remained relatively stable, with a peak of $5.8K in early March. The weekly active users remained consistently high around 150K.

Lastly, Port City: Ship Simulator by Pixel Federation Games from Slovakia showed a modest revenue increase, peaking at $8.5K in late January. Downloads decreased steadily from 2.4K to 946, while active users fluctuated slightly, ending the quarter at 5K.
